Google open-sources TorchTPU, letting PyTorch apps run on TPUs without rewrites

Google releases TorchTPU as an open-source project, a PyTorch build that moves existing apps to its TPU chips with a configuration change, built with Meta, Hugging Face, Inferact (vLLM) and RadixArk (SGLang). It follows Amazon's TorchNeuron for Trainium a day earlier, both chipping at NVIDIA's hold on AI developers.
