Apple tightens macOS Full Disk Access, citing the growing risks of AI agents

Apple told developers it will add controls so that apps can only obtain Full Disk Access through very explicit user action, warning that as AI agents become more capable and autonomous, the risks of such broad access to files, mail, messages and browsing history will grow substantially.
