White House asks OpenAI and Anthropic to withhold new models from UK testers

The White House's Office of the National Cyber Director asks OpenAI and Anthropic to delay giving the UK's AI Security Institute pre-release access to new models until after a US security review; Anthropic has already withheld its Mythos 5.1 model from UK testers.
