Tesla and SpaceX boards form special committees to review a merger, Musk says

On SpaceX's third-quarter earnings call, Elon Musk said both boards have formed committees of independent directors to study a possible merger, citing cooperation on AI software, robotics, orbital AI data centers and the joint Terafab chip project; no terms have been agreed.
