OpenAI compute chief Sachin Katti leaves to build something new

Sachin Katti, OpenAI's vice president of compute strategy and GPT-Infra, says he will leave on November 15 and stay on as an advisor, after securing double-digit gigawatts of new compute capacity for the company, including projects in Georgia and Ohio and the Jalapeño inference chip.
