OpenAI completes recapitalization into a public benefit corporation

OpenAI's for-profit became OpenAI Group PBC controlled by the OpenAI Foundation; Microsoft took a ~27% stake worth about $135B under a new deal extending its IP rights through 2032 and adding $250B of Azure commitments.
