OpenAI launches GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna

Built with Astra's methods, GPT-6 Sol offers 'Astra-level reliability' with about half the errors of GPT-5.6 Sol, while Luna targets cheap, high-volume work; both cost half as much as the 5.6 series.
