OpenAI released GPT-6.1 Terra, a model with computer use available in ChatGPT, Codex and the API at $1 per million input tokens and $5 per million output tokens, 50% below GPT-6.1 Sol. Its system card rates it Critical in cybersecurity and High in biological and chemical capabilities.
