OpenAI acquires Orchestra Bio to bring AI agents to drug development

OpenAI bought Orchestra Bio, a San Francisco startup whose agents track drug-development programs and flag delays, and is folding its team and platform into Rosalind, its life sciences suite; terms were not disclosed.
