NVIDIA weighs guaranteeing billions in debt for Nscale's Anthropic data center in West Virginia

NVIDIA is in talks to back construction financing for Nscale's West Virginia campus with a residual value guarantee, according to The Information and Bloomberg. Nscale's IPO filing shows a $44.6 billion Anthropic contract for the first 460-megawatt building, with a second deal of about $45 billion under discussion.
