Nvidia plans to invest up to $100B in OpenAI for 10 GW of systems

Nvidia and OpenAI signed a letter of intent to deploy at least 10 gigawatts of Nvidia systems, with Nvidia investing up to $100B progressively; the first gigawatt targets Vera Rubin in H2 2026.
