Meta launches a $95 billion stock offering to fund its AI build-out

Meta began raising about $95 billion in equity, $35 billion through underwritten offerings and $60 billion through an at-the-market programme, with Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom as cornerstone investors. The company says its AI push will require hundreds of billions of dollars over several years.
