EU agrees AI Omnibus delaying high-risk AI Act rules
The Council and Parliament provisionally agreed to push Annex III high-risk obligations to December 2027 (August 2028 for product-embedded AI) and to ban AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery and CSAM.
