Anthropic signs 20-year lease for its first Canadian data center in Nova Scotia

EverWind says Anthropic signed a 20-year lease at its planned C$10 billion Nova Scotia campus (C$8 billion for the data centre, C$2 billion for wind power), opening at 95 MW in late 2027 and growing to 420 MW by mid-2028.
