Anthropic says an unreleased Claude model built working exploit chains for Chrome, Safari, Android, Windows and Linux

Anthropic's Frontier Red Team reports that an unreleased internal research model found vulnerabilities in major browsers and operating systems and chained them into five working exploits, including one-click remote code execution in Chrome and a zero-click Linux flaw in the multipath TCP stack. The vendors have fixed the flaws.
