Anthropic signs $11.6 billion cloud deal with Akamai

Akamai announces a seven-year, $11.6 billion agreement to supply Anthropic with distributed cloud infrastructure for CPU workloads, with an option to expand to roughly $20 billion; Akamai also issued Anthropic a warrant for up to 5% of its common stock.
