AgiBot moves to take control of STAR-listed Swancor
An AgiBot-led consortium agrees to acquire at least 63.62% of Shanghai STAR Market-listed Swancor Advanced Materials for up to 2.1 billion yuan (about $290M), the first such takeover by a Chinese embodied-AI startup.
