Abu Dhabi signs OpenAI deals for a machine-readable government and Frontier platform

After a meeting with Sam Altman, Abu Dhabi agreed deals with OpenAI to turn government regulations into machine-readable form for AI compliance checks, while Mubadala and G42's Inception42 signed agreements for investment analysis and a five-year deployment of OpenAI's Frontier platform.
